Wiseep Open Triage Service helps bring verified findings to the organisations affected by the vulnerability and coordinates disclosure between the source and the affected organisation, with the organisation’s prior approval. STEP 01

Source Engagement

Wiseep engages with sources about the details of a vulnerability they have discovered, its affected organisation and its potential impact. We provide a trusted channel to present the finding and explore a potential reward through a coordinated process.

STEP 02

Company Coordination

With the organisation’s approval, Wiseep coordinates the collection of technical details, proof of concept (PoC), vulnerability validation and report preparation with independent researcher. All validation activities are carried out within the agreed authorisation and scope.

STEP 03

Report Delivery

Wiseep presents the validated finding, final report scope and commercial offer, including the applicable service fee. Once payment is received, the full technical report is delivered to the organisation, which can use it to remediate the vulnerability.
